We use your data to operate assessments, generate reports, provide facilitator workflows, process billing, deliver support, and improve service quality and reliability.
3. Facilitator Directory and Contact
Public facilitator listings do not expose private contact details. Connections are handled through in-app contact and booking forms so communication can be routed and audited.
4. Billing and Payments
Payment processors may handle transaction data under their own privacy terms. We retain transaction references, statuses, and audit metadata required for operations and compliance.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited operational data only with service providers required for hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, and payment processing.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain data based on account activity, legal obligations, and product requirements. We apply role-based access controls, audit logging, and encrypted transport for platform traffic.
7. Your Controls
You can update profile fields, request password reset, and contact support for account or data requests. Facilitators and admins have role-specific controls in their dashboards.
